2017 Fall Fundraiser
SUPPORT THE TES PTA FALL FUNDRAISER “RACE FOR EDUCATION”
The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to directly benefit your child’s educational experience at our school.
For the 2017-2018 school year, Timonium Elementary PTA will be conducting its second “Race for Education.” The purpose will be to raise funds for assemblies, a new marquee sign, Family Nights, and other essential educational needs.
Students will walk or jog around the Lower Field as many times as possible in a fifty minute period. Each student will raise funds by asking sponsors to contribute a tax deductible donation to TES PTA.
In September, your child will be coming home with a “Kick-off Packet” of information about our “Race for Education.” Please review the packet carefully. Your participation is essential to the success of this program.
Our school’s goal is to raise $30,000 (after our supremely successful event last year, when we raised $29,500!). You can enable us to reach this goal by spending a minimal amount of time filling out a label sheet with the names and addresses of potential sponsors. The label sheet and instructions will be included with the “Kick-off Packet” that your child brings home after Labor Day.
Timonium Elementary PTA will reach its goal of $30,000, if we receive an average of twenty (20) label names per student. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.
WORD ON THE STREET: if we make our goal, Mr. S. will go into a dunk tank all day on race day!!!!
